The telehealth practice of

Dr. Greg Nigh, ND, LAc

Clinician. Geek.

I grew up in Indiana, did my undergrad at Notre Dame, started grad school at DePaul in Chicago then more grad school at ASU in Tempe, AZ. There I completed a Master’s degree (MA). Then to Portland, OR, to do another Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) and a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND). I completed those last two degrees in 2001 and have been in clinical practice since February 2002.

I like to research things and to publish and talk about what I find. You can see a compilation of that stuff here. I have a clinical specialty in naturopathic oncology, though I have been treating a wide range of complex illnesses for a few decades.

More recently I learned about, then researched, then became certified in Peptide Therapy. I’m currently using it for weight loss and lots of other conditions including cancer, diabetes, autoimmunity, depression and anxiety, recovery from injuries and surgery, anti-aging, and much else.

What I Offer

Cancer Care

I have maintained a clinical specialty in naturopathic oncology for over 15 years, and was a co-author of a peer-reviewed paper that describes the responsibilities and practice guidelines for all naturopathic oncologists. I have guided many hundreds of patients though cancer treatment programs that utilize high-dose pancreatic enzymes (“Kelley Protocol”), deuterium-depleted water, gallium, chlorine dioxide, repurposed medications, peptides, and many other unique and powerful therapies.

Sulfur/Hydrogen Sulfide

In addition to oncology, I have done extensive research into the role of sulfur and hydrogen sulfide metabolism in health and disease. I wrote a book on the topic and several articles for both a general audience as well as for peer-reviewed publication. I use this background to inform my treatment of all types of SIBO and IBS, and also inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.

But sulfur metabolism issues can also manifest as chronic skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis; cystic acne, hives, itching, and much more. Sulfur issues can also present as headaches or chronic pain, hot flashes and night sweats, fatigue and brain fog, temperature dysregulation, and even anxiety and panic attacks. No joke, I’ve seen all of these resolve with a comprehensive program to restore proper sulfur metabolism.

Everything Else

I also have extensive training and experience treating mold illness, Lyme disease, “long Covid” and Covid-related vaccine injuries, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune diseases of all types, and lots and lots of people with mysterious conditions that no one could figure out.

I’m a geek. Every patient is a mystery to solve by diving into the research as deeply as I need to.
