Upcoming Time Off
Like many people I will have several long-ish stretches of time over the next two months during which I will be unavailable for scheduling. I will keep my online schedule updated as much in advance as I can. Currently the dates I know I will be out of the office are:
November 26, 27
December 5-15, 18-26
During some of this away time I will be able to periodically check messages, but for example during the early December absence I will likely not be able to check messages at all. If you have a situation that is medically urgent then go to urgent care or an ER.
Subscribe to my Podcast
What’s your favorite podcast? Well, I have a new favorite for you: mine!
It’s in its infancy but please stop by, subscribe, like, and comment. I’ll be talking through some of our published papers, trying to make them more understandable. I’ll do regular news roundups. I’ll have running commentaries about things I find odd or interesting or ridiculous about scientific findings in various fields. And if you have a topic you’d like me to cover, leave that in a comment or send it to me at drnigh@indigo-flamingo-565281.hostingersite.com.
Stock Up With Another Fullscript Discount!
As Fall starts encroaching on Winter it is a great time to stock up on some seasonal supplements. In addition to the ongoing 10% discount I apply to all Fullscript purchases, I’ve applied an additional 10% discount on top of that, which will last through the month of November. If you aren’t yet signed up for Fullscript through my online store, follow this link:

Search their extensive catalogue for high-quality supplements, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other items. Supplements I always have on my shelf heading into the cold and dreary months include:
Immpower ER (American BioSciences) – A mushroom extract that is great to start taking the moment you begin to feel under the weather
Silvercillin Spray (Designs for Health) – A great silver hydrosol spray to spritz a few times in your mouth every few hours as a preventative whenever you will be around lots of potentially sneezy people
LTP (Ecological Formulas) – These are lymphoactivated thymic peptides, great to help both prevent or treat any kind of acute infection that arises.
Nattovena (Arthur Andrew Medical) – I’m a big fan of nattokinase, an enzyme that reduces inflammation, stimulates immune cells, protects the cardiovascular system, and much else. If you are taking any “blood thinning” medication talk with me before starting this one.
